Creamy Chicken with Broccoli Shells

1 Box (12oz) jumbo pasta shells
1 pkg. (10oz) frozen chopped broccoli
2 Tab. Water
1 large egg
1 container (150z) ricotta cheese
1 cup cooked chicken chopped
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 Tab dried Italian seasoning
1 Tea. Salt
1 Tea. Pepper
1 jar (16oz) Roasted Garlic Alfredo Pasta Sauce--Classico

Preheat over 350 degrees

Boil pasta 12 ins. Drain and rinse in cold water.
Place broccoli and 2 Tab of water in micro for 5 mins. Drain and place in large bowl.

In a small bowl, beat egg with fork.

Stir egg, ricotta cheese, chicken, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper into broccoli, mix thoroughly.

Spoon 1 cup pasta sauce in 9x13 baking dish. Set aside.

Fill 21-24 shells with mixture. Arrange in baking dish.

Spoon remaining sauce over shells.

Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.

Cover loosely with foil.

Bake 35-40 minutes. Remove foil and bake 5-10 mins more

Thanks, Doreen - I made this yesterday and it came out awesome! I added mushrooms to mine though, LOVE mushrooms, and dh had to have seconds.

I personally was lazy and just used one of those ready cook rotisserie ckns at the market. Just took the skin/fat off and cut up some of the meat to use for the shells.
