8 boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
2 cups water
1 box uncle bens fast cook"long grain & wild rice
1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
1 cup shredded lettuce
8(10 inch) flour tortillas

Spray skillet with cooking spray, add chicken, ocver and cook 10-12 minor until lightly brown on each side. Add water,rice and contents of seasoning pack. Bring to a boil,cover reduce heat and simmer 10min or until chicken is no longer pink in center and liquid is absorbed. Stir in salad dressing. Now just fold into tortilla!!

I found this online and tried it! It was really easy and it was good!
