Okee dokee...here you go girlie!!
In a Pyrex/Corning Ware dish...with lid...I will put 2-3 THAWED chicken breast (I like to use boneless because of the kiddos!) then pour 2 cans of Cream of Mushroom soup (sometimes I will use a can of Cream Of Mushroom and also a can of Cream of Chicken...and the 98-99% Fat free version!). I then add about 1 1/2 cups of water and about a cup of rice. Sometimes you have to play with the recipe to see how much water and rice you nedd...but this always works for me! Then bake at about 400 degrees till chicken is cooked thru. (I am not sure on time...I always check mine in about 1/2 hour to 45 min...chicken cooks quickly in the oven and covered!
