1 head of broccoli (flowerets only) 1 head of cauliflower (flowerets only) ½ lb. ready crisp bacon cooked and crumbled 8 green onions thinly sliced ½ cups of almonds roughly chopped ½ cups dried cranberries Mix 1 cup mayo 3 tablespoons sugar 3 teaspoons apple cider vinegar (be sure sugar is dissolved) Mix with broccoli /cauliflower etc. Chill 8 hrs. or overnight.
