I'm down 2!!!! WooHoo!!! I'll take it! That puts me at 163, which is 8 pounds from my goal.
I'm getting on the treadmill everyday now. The off days that I normally wouldn't workout, I'm jumping on there if only to get in 2 miles. Hey, that's an extra 200 calories burned each time, right?
I read an article in Newsweek that said one of the things you can do if you feel you've stalled is to add a morning walk, any little activity that will burn calories and add up at the end of the week. Remember, to loss that pound we have to burn 3,500 calories. Every little bit helps!
