Hey ladies! I love chinese & make a mean sweet & sour chicken with ham fried rice BUT I have no clue as to how to make egg drop soup. I had a recipe but I did not like it. The broth came out thick & "cloudy". I prefer the clearer broth's. Any good recipes out there? TIA!

6 cups chicken broth
2 tbls corn starch
2 tbls soy sauce
3 tbls vinegar
diced green onions
3 eggs
Mix the corn starch into 2 cups of cold broth. Then add the rest of the broth, soy, and vinegar, and green onions. Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer for 15 minutes or longer.
Beat the eggs, and quickly stir then into the soup when you are ready to serve. I've never had egg drop soup! _________________ I thought my life was a tragedy until I realized that I had a choice.
