A mortar and pestal is the best way to make it, but if you dont have one then you can just mash it up with a fork.
Crush and mince one clove of garlic.
Finely mince 1 tablespoon cilantro.
squeeze the seeds and juice from 1 small tomato and dice into small pieces.
Dice two medium ripe avacodos.
Mash everything together just enough to be smooth, but still have some chunks of avacodo.
Add a dash of tabasco sauce, salt, and a squeeze of lemon and mix together. |

Thanks Jamie! I've never made guacamole.
Do you add the juices from the tomato, or discard them? |

| I was at Sam's and they have avacados and all of the fixings frozen in a baggie. All you do is set it out for a bit and after it begins to soften up you squeeze the baggie with your hands until mashed and pour into a serving bowl. And it was great. I highly recommend trying it. |

| You can find a salso w/ cilantro in it and add to some avocadoes to make a very easy batch too. They also sell a bulk guacamole in little frozen tubs at Costco. YOu thaw a tub, eat a tub, thaw a tub eat a tub. I could live on guacamole! |
