These are a good take along hors d'oeuvre. They're easy too, just layer away!
2 cans of cresent rolls (8 rolls)
1/4 lb sliced ham
1/4 lb shredded mozzerella
1/4 lb genoa salami
1/4 lb shredded parmesan
1/4 lb sliced pepperoni
3 Tbs grated cheese (romano is good)
1 jar roasted red peppers (drained and cut)
3 eggs beaten w/black pepper
Preheat oven to 350.
Spread 1 can of rolls on bottome of 9 x 13 pan. Layer meat and cheese in order above. Top with peppers. Pour most of egg mixture over the top. Top with second can of rolls then brush remaining egg mixture on top. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking 10 mins more or until set in center and brown on top. Let sit about 5 - 10 minutes.
Cut into squares. Can be served warm or at room temperature.
